VJ Baldini, PGA
VJ Baldini migrated back home to Bridgeport in 1998 to become BCC's Head Golf Professional. He came home from a successful campaign as a PGA Apprentice and Professional on Hilton Head Island, where he served in various roles within the golfing community there. VJ brought with him an enthusiasm about the game of golf that inspired many in the area to take up the sport - and join the BCC Family.
VJ currently serves as our Club's General Manager using his experience both in the golf and food and beverage to aid in the continued growth of BCC. VJ holds a Class "A" PGA Professional Certification that requires consistent study towards the game's rules, technology, etiquette, handicapping, and more. At Bridgeport Country Club, VJ applies these skills to the facilitate a fun, but fair, atmosphere for all members and guests.

Michael Gervais, PGA
Michael Gervais is a Class A PGA Professional and a U.S. Kids Golf Master Coach. A graduate of Bridgeport High School, Michael was a part of the 2003 State Championship Golf Team. Upon graduating from West Virginia Wesleyan College, Michael began his career as a Golf Professional and was elected into membership in the PGA of America in February, 2015. During his time at BCC, Michael earned the distinction of U.S. Kids Master Kids Coach by winning the Annual Top 50 Kids Teacher Award on 3 seperate occasions. He is one of only 197 coaches worldwide to earn this honor and the only in the state of West Virginia. His career experiences in the golf indsutry include holding assistant positions at Shawnee Golf Course, Hideout Golf Club, River Hall Country Club, Pete Dye Golf Club and Streamsong Resort. Michael has also spent time as a coach for The First Tee Program and Special Olympics.
Michael accepted to become BCC's Head Golf Professional in 2021 and brings with him a passion and enthusiasm for the game of golf. An accomplished player, Michael competes regularly in the Tri-State Section and has competed nationally in the PGA Professional National Championship. Michael's accomplishments include winning the 2022 Tri State PGA WV Classic and competing on several victorious Palmer Cup teams. Michael has always been a standout golfer, teacher, and expert club fitter througout his career and uses his experience to help golfers of all ability levels enjoy the game. Michael uses his vast experiences in the golf industry to provide a first-class golf experience to our members, families and guests at Bridgeport Country Club.

Andrew Richards, PGA
Andrew Richards is a Class A PGA Professional and a PGA ADM Certified Coach. Andrew orginally hails from Harrison County and is a proud graduate of South Harrison High School. Andrew has spent the majority of his career in the southern part of the United States. His career as a Golf Professional offically began when he obtained election into membership in the PGA of America in March, 2008. During his career. Andrew has served in multiple positions within the golf industry. He held assistant positions at Whispering Pines, in Myrtle Beach, Grand National on the RTJ Golf Trail, in Auburn AL, and also at Savannah Quarters CC, located in Savannah Ga. He spent time at Black Creek GC in Ellabell, GA as Head Golf Professioanl and most recently, was tournament coordinator at Savannah Harbor, in Savannah GA and Head Golf Professional at Wilderness Club in Eureka, Montana. Professionally, Andrew looks to help continue the great junior golf program already in place here at BCC and also grow the game through inovative Ladies programs and introducing beginners to the game.
Andrew lives with his wife Donielle in the southern part of Harrison County. They have two beautiful young girls, Ava Jane and Elliana Sage, who enjoy the game of golf and spending time at the club.
Andrew is an experienced PGA Professional and helps with our annual Junior Program and PGA Junior League Team at BCC. Andrew is also avaialble for private lessons for players of all ages and ability levels.

Randy Hernly, PGA
Randy Hernly is a native of Winchester, Indiana. Randy got his start in golf at a young age caddying at the age of 9 and playing at the age of 10. He is a 30 year Member of the PGA of America. Randy has worked in all facets of the golf course operations including course maintenance, business manager and food and beverage operations. Prior to coming to BCC, Randy Served as the Director of Golf at The Palmer Course at Stonewall Resort from the opening in 2002 to 2020. Prior to his time at Stonewall, Randy served as Head Golf Professional at Glade Springs Resort for 6 golf seasons
Randy and his wife Shari live in Clarksburg. They have a Boarder Collie named Rex and have four grown children: Mallary, Ian, Ben and Addie all of whom worked at Pete Dye Golf Club during their college summers.
Randy is an experienced PGA Professional and helps with our annual Junior Program and PGA Junior League Team at BCC. Randy has dedicated his time acting as a rules official for several junior events over the years. Randy is also avaialble for private lessons for players of all ages and ability levels.
