VJ Baldini migrated back home to Bridgeport in 1998 to become BCC's Head Golf Professional. He came home from a successful campaign as a PGA Apprentice and Professional on Hilton Head Island, where he served in various roles within the golfing community there. Upon his arrival, he remodeled and rebuilt the BCC Golf Shop into the classy, clean Golf Shop it is today. VJ brought with him an enthusiasm about the game of golf that inspired many in the area to take up the sport - and join the BCC Family.
VJ holds a Class "A" PGA Professional Certification that requires consistent study towards the game's rules, technology, etiquette, handicapping, and more. At Bridgeport Country Club, VJ applies these skills to the facilitate a fun, but fair, golfing atmosphere for all members and guests. VJ provides lessons to golfers at all skill levels and holds a Junior and Women's Golf Clinic annually.
